Whether you are a high functioning college or pro athlete, business founder, CEO or employee, your program is tailored to reach your goals.  Our approach to each client is simple: Train, Track, and Transform. 

Train

You start the program with establishing a baseline by assessing where you currently are. 

  • Nutrition assessment. 
  • Movement/Strength assessment.
  • Body composition assessment 

Once your assessments are completed, the information gathered is used to chart a course reach your goals. 

The training tools we use for coaching are the T3 Bag, Bands, and bodyweight.

Track

The age of technology has provided us with access like never before to information regarding every part of our lives. We use technology to provide accountability and to track our bodies response to training, nutrition and recovery. 

T3 Coaching seeks to provide you with the tools that help you first of all, learn about your body while training and at rest so that you can efficiently reach your goals; even when we are not together.

Learning how to listen to your body comes in handy at 30, 40, 50 and even 60+ years of age. It helps hold you accountable to what you speak into existence. 

Transform

In every moment of life, transformation is happening; in one way or another, with or without our knowledge. 

T3 coaching is designed to build awareness, knowledge and accountability around basic principles that are key to your body. Once you understand and practice those principles transformation just happens.
